One thing separates a great realtor from all the rest is how he or she handles the “blips” or “glitches” that sometimes arise during sales. I experienced such a “blip” during my recent sale, when the closing took longer than expected. Paula was terrific. Not only was she supportive, with speedy responses to all of my concerns, she was appropriately assertive in communications with other parties. Her extensive background with all of the paperwork and procedures involved helped calm a number of frayed nerves.

Paula McQueen with ReMax is amazing!! I’ve owned seven properties over the years, and have experienced a wide variety of realtor expertise … everything from the “quite good” to the “so-so”. As such, I have plenty of comparison stories going into this review. I can honestly say that having Paula as a seller’s realtor has been my first experience working with a truly GREAT professional.

From start to finish, Paula handled every detail with the utmost care. She understands that people buying and selling real estate are dealing with some of the most important and complex transactions in their lives, and this shows in all of her communications. I recall at one point referring to her as the “Queen of Follow-Through!”

Theresa Ziebro was absolutely wonderful to work with. I could not imagine a better realtor. She made the home-buying experience more fun and enjoyable than I could have imagined. She is honest, always available if needed, and made buying my first home extremely easy. Theresa has many valuable contacts in the business, and as a result I was able to put an offer on my new home before it was on the market. She is also one of the most intelligent people I've ever met. I learned a lot from her in the short time we worked together. I will be giving her name to anyone I know interested in buying or selling!!

You put a lot of trust into your Realtor and hope that you ask then to during the course of purchasing a home. I asked for a home warranty to cover all staying appliances in the home I was purchasing, and my Realtor was asking the sellers agent for them to cover it. I was told my Marti Neff I was going to get what I asked for in the settlement agreement. Everything from their went smoothly. Two months after I moved into the home, I had a problem with one of the appliances, and I didn't get any documents from my Realtor about it either. Good thing the home warranty contacted me to introduce themselves a week after I moved in. So I contacted the warranty company, and they said the appliance wasn't covered. So I immediately call the Realtor who represented me, two days later I was sent the paperwork I never got and she had another agent contact me. I told this other agent I was not pleased Marti did not contact me directly like I had directly contacted her. The other agent stated he will let her know to contact me directly. She never did. I emailed Marti yet again but this time saying since you were good at passing things along to others to have her boss contact me. The same day I had a lady contact me. She apologized and said she will take care of it, and any future problems I had I was to contact her directly. A few days later a check for repairs was sent, but on the back they wrote, "By signing this check you release Remax Trinity and their agents of any future claims." Seems they acknowledge wrong doing on their behalf, but do not want to make good on their mistake if anything happens now and between the first year of my home-ownership like the warranty would have covered me. I will report the Realtor to the state, and I will hold this company of any and all future claims. I would recoment you choosing another company and watch what the Realtor's do. And remember you as the buyers agent can always file with the BBB and file with the state a claim of wrong doing. They have all your trust and you count on them during this expensive investment. And when you are told you have something and find out later you don't, they should be liable in every aspect.

I wish I could give her more than five stars! :-)

Paula’s advice from the very beginning proved extremely valuable. One thing she and I discussed early on was an appropriate listing price. While it’s tempting as a seller to try and get as much as possible, the biggest mistake one can make is listing a property too high early on, and then getting stuck with an aging listing. (I know - I’ve made that mistake more than once in the past.) Paula had done her research before coming to my home, and suggested a listing price based on her research. I went with that price, and sure enough, we had multiple offers in a few days. She somehow manages to take some of the stress out of buying and selling!
